Tatjana Isakov has an extensive work experience that spans several companies and roles. Tatjana began their career as a Legal Associate at Lawyer's Office - Jovan Mihajlovic Zrenjanin in 1988. After this, they worked as an Independent Expert Consultant for Normative-legal Affairs at Municipality of Zrenjanin - Community Government from 1991 to 1999. Tatjana then progressed to become the Head of Service for Urban Planning, Building Activities, Communal Affairs, Normative-legal Affairs at the same organization from 1999 to 2004. At NIS - NIS GAS, Tatjana served as the Head of Service for Property-legal Affairs from 2004 to 2005. Wanting to expand their expertise, they joined NIS a.d. - NIS TNG Branch as the Expert Coordinator for Legal Affairs from 2005 to 2006 and later became the Deputy Director of the Department for Legal, Administrative and Personnel Affairs from 2006 to 2009. Finally, they took leadership positions at NIS a.d. Novi Sad as the Head of Asset Management Sector from 2009 to 2010 and then as the Head of Asset Management Department from April 2010 onwards.
Tatjana Isakov completed their Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Novi Sad, spanning from 1983 to 1987. Tatjana then obtained a Bar Exam certification from the Vojvodina Province Secretariat of Justice and Administration in December 1990. Another certification they possess is "Elements of AI," although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided. The institution offering this certification is the University of Helsinki & Reaktor.
