Jared Webster has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Jared started their career as a High School Science Teacher at Osage County R-III in 2004. From there, they moved on to School of the Osage R-II as a High School Science Teacher and coach in 2005. In 2006, they joined Nixa High School as a High School Science Teacher and wrestling coach. In 2012, Jared became an Assistant Principal at Nixa Public Schools, and in 2017, they became the Principal of Nixa Junior High School. Currently, Jared is the Executive Director of Secondary Education at Nixa Public Schools, starting from 2023. Overall, Jared's work experience spans teaching and leadership roles across different schools and grade levels.

Jared Webster has an extensive education history. Jared began their academic journey at Southwest Baptist University in 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry in 2004. Afterward, they continued their studies at Missouri State University from 2006 to 2008, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Education with a specialization in Chemistry. Jared then returned to Southwest Baptist University and pursued an Educational Specialist (EdSp) degree in Educational Administration from 2008 to 2010. Lastly, they completed a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Southwest Baptist University from 2014 to 2018.
