Joshua B. has over 19 years of professional experience in the customer service industry. Joshua began their career at Hertz in 2003, where they held several roles including Insurance Company Liaison, Emergency Road Side Agent, Team Mentor (Lead), Senior Supervisor, and Project Manager. In 2020, Joshua joined Experian as a D2C Product Owner, where they were responsible for acting as a liaison between Customer Care and the global product teams. Currently, Joshua is employed at NLP Logix as a Product Owner Team Lead and Implementation Consultant | Product Owner.

Joshua obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from MoreSteam.com LLC in September 2013. In September 2018, they obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Joshua is currently in the process of obtaining a PRINCE2 Foundation Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
