Sandeep Mirani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product delivery and program management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Simplify Healthcare since October 2020, Sandeep oversees critical product initiatives. As the Owner and Director of Elements Massage™ in Mequon since September 2013, Sandeep has successfully managed operations and client relationships. Previously, Sandeep held senior roles at Benefitfocus and CONNECTURE, enhancing client success and satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of health plan clients. With a background in software project management at Rockwell Automation and co-founding Noetic Solutions, Sandeep has a robust foundation in technology and business strategy. Sandeep holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a BS in Computer Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
