Michael Zimmermann

Michael Zimmermann is an experienced director currently leading the Consulting area at NNIT since February 2018, focusing on organizational change management, project management, and robotic process automation. Prior roles include Head of Department at Danske Bank, where Michael managed multiple teams across the Nordic region, oversaw program management, and achieved significant cost reductions through process optimization. With over two decades of experience in the Danish Army, Michael served as a Teacher at the Army Officers Academy and held various leadership positions, showcasing a strong background in training, communication, and stakeholder management. Michael's education includes a degree from Copenhagen Business School in leadership and administration, alongside military training at the Danish Military Academy and NATO School Oberammergau.
