Nicolai Vorret Nielsen

Nicolai Vorret Nielsen is a Senior Continuous Improvement Expert at Nobia, responsible for leading initiatives to reduce material consumption across Danish manufacturing sites since August 2021. Previously, Nicolai was a Lean Specialist at Siemens Gamesa from September 2016 to July 2021, contributing significantly to a turnaround initiative and achieving certification as a Lean Expert. Experience includes conducting lean workshops globally and participating in large-scale strategic projects aimed at improving site operations. Nicolai began the professional journey as a Student Worker in Supply Chain at Siemens Wind Power and has also worked as an intern in the engineering department. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Business Development from Syddansk Universitet and a Bachelor's Degree in Value Chain Management from VIA University College.
