Michael Pontzen has over 24 years of work experience, starting as a Board Assistant at Ferrostaal AG from February 1997 to September 1999. Michael then worked as an Investor Relations Manager at MAN from October 1999 to July 2001. Following this, they served as a Vice President of Investor Relations at EADS from August 2001 to October 2004. Michael then joined LANXESS, where they held various roles, including Head of Investor Relations from November 2004 to October 2008, Head of Corporate Finance from October 2008 to December 2011, Head of Corporate Controlling from January 2012 to March 2015, and CFO from April 2015 to August 2023. Currently, they are the CFO at Nobian, starting from September 2023.
