Jamie McLaughlin

Jamie McLaughlin is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Principal at NOBL Collective since June 2021, with prior roles including Senior Director and Director. Earlier experience includes a Human Capital Intern position at Waud Capital Partners and various roles at Synchrony Financial from July 2013 to June 2019, culminating in the position of Chief of Staff to the CMO. Additional experience includes a Research Assistant role at Dartmouth College and a Naturalist position at the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies. Jamie McLaughlin holds an MBA in Managing Organizations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Environmental Earth Science and Biology from Dartmouth College, along with participating in the Tuck Business School Bridge Program.
