Nikhil Bhatia

Nikhil Bhatia is a candidate for Congress in the Democratic primary, aiming to represent the Illinois 7th Congressional District. Currently serving as a Local School Council Member at Galileo Scholastic Academy in Little Italy, Nikhil assists in managing the school budget and strategic planning. With a background in education, Nikhil has experience as a Middle School Teacher at the Noble Network of Charter Schools and previously held the position of Assistant Principal at Great Lakes Academy Charter School, where responsibilities included developing the Middle School program. Earlier, Nikhil served as the Middle School Principal at Roxbury Prep Lucy Stone in Boston, MA. Nikhil holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
