Karl Lyons has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Karl started their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative at UnitedHealth Group, where they excelled in maintaining a high call quality score and providing excellent customer service. In 2015, they joined Land of Lincoln Health as a Quality Analyst, where they implemented a quality assurance program and significantly improved the Contact Center Quality score. In 2017, Karl joined Zest Health as a Concierge Benefit Advisor, where they not only provided guidance to Benefits Advisors but also played a key role in increasing the Net Promoter Score. Karl's most recent position was at NOCD, where they held multiple roles, including CareTeam Manager and Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Culture and Diversity. In these roles, they led teams, managed patient care, coordinated appointments, and contributed to the overall success of the organization.

Karl Lyons has completed a Pharmacy Technician Certificate from Truman College. Karl has also pursued studies in Business Administration at The University of Memphis. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University in 2023.
