Claire Rowland has over 15 years of experience in customer experience and account management, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience at Node4 Ltd since January 2012, where previous roles included Customer Experience Manager, Account Manager - Team Leader, and Account Manager. Prior to Node4 Ltd, Claire worked as a Senior Consultant at Meridian Business Support and a Commercial Consultant at Harper Resourcing. Claire's career began at Toyota Motor Corporation, where an administrative role was held from 1997 to 2000. Claire holds a BA (Hons) in Organisation Studies with HRM, HR, Accounts & Finance, and Marketing from Lancaster University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
