Prior roles include Operations Director at Node4, IT Director at Bailey & Associates, and founder of TRUE NORTH SERVICE MANAGEMENT LIMITED. Ian has also held significant positions at Experian and Atos, overseeing service delivery for large client bases and managing complex operations. Ian's career began at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Ltd, progressing through various roles, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in City & Regional Planning from Cardiff University.
