Kate's career includes a significant tenure at Staffordshire University from July 1994 to September 2009, where responsibilities included serving as Campus Manager for a joint venture with South Staffordshire College and as an Undergraduate Course Administrator. Kate began their career at GEC Computer Services from 1990 to 1994 as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Studies and an HNC in Business and Finance from the University of Staffordshire, along with a Business Administration Diploma from Stafford College.
