Carolyn Rott

Carolyn Rott is an experienced Talent and Performance Program Manager at Nokia, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a global Talent Management program. Carolyn has led Talent, Learning, and Organization Development initiatives for North and Latin Americas, overseeing various programs such as Global Performance Management and Diversity & Inclusion. Additionally, Carolyn has served as a Global Human Resource Business Partner, supporting strategic HR activities for large organizations, and has experience in coaching and organizational development. Prior roles include leadership in Knowledge Management and software development at Lucent Technologies and Alcatel-Lucent. Carolyn holds a Master of Science in Management and Organization Behavior and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from Benedictine University, along with education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
