Donna Walton

Donna Walton is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and immigration management currently serving as Sr. Manager, Staffing & Immigration at Nokia since March 2025, and Senior Manager - Staffing, Immigration & Mobility at Infinera since March 2021. At Infinera, Walton oversees the North American Talent Acquisition team, managing high-volume, technical recruitment and day-to-day operations. Previously, Walton held the position of Director at ISG from February 2004 to January 2021, leading global talent acquisition efforts and partnering with leadership to develop strategies for attracting talent. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at BSG from December 1990 to August 1996. Walton holds a Master’s degree from the University of Houston, obtained between January 1976 and January 1982.
