NOMAC
Hari Ramasubramanian currently serves as the Head of internal audit for First National Operations and Maintenance Company (NOMAC), a leading O&M provider which is 100% owned by ACWA Power.
Hari has been part of the leadership team of NOMAC since August 2019.
An internal audit professional with over 24 years’ experience, he has been pivotal in establishing a strong internal audit function within the O&M Business Unit.
Prior to Joining NOMAC, Hari was Head of Internal control function for Ford Motor Company Asia Pacific.
Over the past two decades he has gained extensive experience in auditing and related activities working with Big 4 Accounting firms, automotive industry, retail, finance leasing, and Insurance companies across the Middle East, China, and India.
Hari holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a Chartered accountant from India (ICAI), a Certified internal auditor (CIA) from the United States. He has also obtained a certificate in internal audit from ACCA, UK.
