Shane Happach

Shane Happach currently serves as the CEO of Coda, starting in May 2023, and holds advisory roles at Velocity and Nomupay while also being a Non-Executive Board Member at Thredd. Previously, Shane was the CEO of Mollie from April 2021 to April 2023 and held a significant position as EVP, Head of Global eCommerce at Worldpay, contributing to the company's IPO on the LSE and merging with Vantiv and FIS. Prior experience includes various leadership roles in business development at Ingenico ePayments and financial analysis roles at Caterpillar Inc. and Baird. Educational credentials include an AMP from Harvard Business School, an MBA from the International University of Geneva, and a BS in Finance, International Business, Economics, and French from Miami University.
