Katharine Mark

Katie Mark is a highly experienced professional in project management, evaluation, and performance management with a strong focus on local government. Since March 2013, Katie has served as Vice President at NORC at the University of Chicago, where engagement in business development is also a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Katie was a Principal Research Scientist and Senior Research Associate at The Urban Institute, specializing in local government and performance management from 1990 to March 2013. Earlier in Katie's career, a consultancy role was held at The World Bank from 1989 to 1990. Katie's academic background includes a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Harvard University.
