Petri Sane is a seasoned information security and technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, Petri leads a global CISO office and manages security, risk management, quality, and compliance for a dynamic IT services company. Previous positions include Chief Security Officer at St1 Nordic Oy, where Petri established a unified security function and served as the Data Protection Officer, and Development Manager at Fennovoima, focusing on application architecture and regulatory compliance. With a solid foundation in project management and research, Petri also holds a Doctor of Science in Engineering Physics from Aalto University and a Master of Science in Applied Physics from the University of Helsinki.
