Nicholas Lynch is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process engineering and automation. Currently serving as Process Engineering Manager and Tool Design & Process Engineer at Nordic Ware since April 2017, Nicholas coordinates tooling management for manufactured products and leads automation projects within the factory. As a co-founder and engineer at Earth Etched, Nicholas designs and constructs CNC Plasma machines and manages online sales. Previously, Nicholas held roles as Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at MGS Machine and Mechanical Engineer at Accraply, where responsibilities included custom machinery engineering, tooling design, and project management. Nicholas began the career as a CO-OP at Medical Concepts Development and also gained early experience as a summer engineering intern at Nordic Ware. Nicholas holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Carlson School of Management. Additionally, Nicholas has an Industrial Controls (ICOT) Certificate from Dunwoody College of Technology.
