Nordic Ware
Susan B. started their work experience in 1980 at Nordic Ware, where they held the position of Senior Vice President and was responsible for administration and general management. Susan continued working at Nordic Ware until the present, with no specific end date mentioned. In 2007, they also became a member of the Board of Trustees at the Mahtomedi Area Educational Foundation, a position they held until June 2013.
Susan B. attended St. Olaf College from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a focus on English Language and Literature. Susan later pursued further education at the University of St. Thomas from 1983 to 1986, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Management.
