Kathy Olsen

Kathy Olsen, CSCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Materials and Supply Chain at Norman Filter Company, leading a team in the design and manufacture of high-pressure fluid filters for the aerospace industry. With a robust background in supply chain management, Kathy's previous roles include Director of Supply Chain at Castle Metals and Director of Supply Chain Optimization at Panduit. Additionally, Kathy has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at both Elmhurst University and the Illinois Institute of Technology. Kathy's experience at Motorola includes various leadership positions in materials management and production control. Kathy holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Supply Chain Management from Elmhurst University.
