Alexandra Jo Heller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and brand development. Currently serving as the Lead Strategist at Normative since September 2020, Alexandra has successfully driven innovative programs for clients, including creating an initiative with Ontario's largest credit union to address the skilled trades gap and collaborating with a GAFAM corporation on user research for Web3 environments. Prior to Normative, Alexandra held various roles at BBDO Canada and BBDO Singapore, where responsibilities included brand positioning, consumer research, and campaign strategy for prominent clients such as Bayer Inc. and Spotify. Early career experiences included leadership roles during the London 2012 Olympics, managing volunteers and overseeing design projects for athlete services. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from EHL.
