Juha Jäppinen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Juha is currently the Vice President of Global Production at Normet Group since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at Valtra EME from November 2018 to January 2022. Juha also held managerial positions at Valtra Inc., where they managed the Transmission plant from February 2015 to October 2018 and the Assembly plant from January 2013 to February 2015. Before joining Valtra Inc., Juha worked as the Production Director at Avilon Oy in 2012. Juha also has experience at CP Kelco, where they served as the Plant Manager from January 2010 to June 2011 and as the Director of Process Engineering, CMC from October 2008 to December 2009.
Juha Jäppinen obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering from LUT University, where they studied from 1988 to 1997.
