Nicholas Hays

Nicholas Hays has extensive experience in facility and maintenance management, currently serving as the Facility and Maintenance Manager at Nortek Data Center Cooling since February 2019, and previously held the position of Maintenance Supervisor. Prior roles include Maintenance Coordinator at International Environmental, Service Technician at Cisco-Eagle, and Inside Sales Manager at Fleck Bearing Company. Nicholas also served in the US Army as an MLRS Heavy Artillery Operator during both active and reserve duty from August 1996 to July 2004. Education was pursued at Francis Tuttle Technology Center from 2003 to 2004.
