Stephen Pass

Stephen Pass has extensive experience in procurement and purchasing roles, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Procurement Services and Purchasing Specialist at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University since October 2013, where responsibilities include compliance auditing and procurement requisitions. Prior to this role, Stephen was the President and Purchasing Officer for Titan Foods USA, managing the startup and procurement for Perkins Management Services, and held purchasing positions at NC A&T State University, Tropical Foods, and Foodbuy, LLC, where strategic procurement processes and supplier management were key focuses.
