Kim Richter

Kim Richter is the Director of Community & Investor Relations. She oversees our corporate giving and philanthropic activities for the North Central Group and our portfolio, as well as oversees our communication with our Investors . One of her biggest priorities is finding ways for our company and team members to give back to the communities in which we live, work and play.

Kim graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA in Marketing and Real Estate. She started her career working in marketing for the Mark Travel Corporation and then with North Central Group. She then held various jobs while traveling the globe supporting her husband’s career and raising four children. She is excited to be back at NCG in her current role.
