Nermin Sa'd is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Programming and Global Initiatives at North Forge since November 2022, Nermin has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Global Entrepreneurship for the Startup Visa Program and Elevate IP Program. Prior experience includes positions at Win-Shield Medical Devices Inc as a Manufacturing & Development Engineering Intern, and as CEO and Founder of both SDB - Smart Detection Bra and Handasiyat.net, a virtual engineering company. Nermin's engineering career spans over a decade in roles such as Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Dar Al-Muthul Architecture and Senior Mechanical Engineer at German Technical Services Establishment. Nermin holds a range of academic qualifications including a Building Information Modeling Certificate and a Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
