Jitendra Gupta

Jitendra Gupta has extensive work experience in various planning and operations roles within the oil and gas industry. Jitendra started their career in 1999 at Reliance Industries Limited, where they served as a Planning Engineer for the Jamnagar refinery. In this role, they were responsible for executing projects and managing schedules.

In 2005, Jitendra joined Petrofac as a Sr. CMMS Planning Engineer. Jitendra was involved in planning and overseeing major overhauls for various engine drivers and generators. Jitendra also played a role in preparing long-term work programs and monitoring routine maintenance schedules.

After their tenure at Petrofac, Jitendra joined Cairn Oil and Gas in 2008 as an Operations Planning Manager for the Rajasthan Upstream region. Jitendra participated in the preparation and implementation of the Asset Reference Plan and played a role in integrated activity planning.

In 2010, Jitendra worked at Mercator Lines Limited as a Senior Manager in Planning & CMMS. Jitendra led the implementation of Infor EAM CMMS and was responsible for aligning maintenance activities with operational risk management.

From 2011 to 2013, Jitendra served as an Operations Development Planning professional at Tullow Oil. Jitendra managed rig activities planning, well drilling planning and scheduling, and block-wise schedules.

Jitendra then joined Shell in 2013 as a BSP Lead IAP for Upstream Productions Operations. Jitendra oversaw integrated activity planning for offshore and onshore installations in the Pan BSP Assets.

In 2017, Jitendra became the Operations Planning Lead at Saipem/BWES Global. Jitendra managed field operations and maintenance planning services for FPSOs in Angola.

Most recently, Jitendra joined LR Senergy (now Vysus Group) in 2019 as the Head of Planning for Exploration & Production. In this role, they developed and managed integrated plans for exploration to production campaigns, including seismic acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and well testing.

Currently, Jitendra is working at North Oil Company Qatar as a Senior Integrated Operations Planning (IOP) professional.

Jitendra Gupta obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications including Onramp Simulink AI from MathWorks in September 2020, IAP - Integrated Activity Planning : Master Class training from Shell, NAM in April 2016, World Class Maintenance Management from International Business Conferences in December 2008, EAM Oracle Maintenance Management- CMMS from Telesis Chennai, Primavera P6.0, Reliability & Availability analysis from Isograph, SAP PM CMMS Module - Full Asset Life cycle from Siemens Technology India, and T-BOSIET & HUET from OPITO.
