Louie Lugo, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at North Range Behavioral Health and operates as the Principal Consultant and Owner of The Vedana Group, which focuses on public speaking, executive coaching, and fractional CPO support.
