Eileen Mendez

Eileen Mendez is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Therapist at AthenaPsych since September 2024 and as a Health Services Coordinator at Northside Center for Child Development since August 2021. In the latter role, Eileen collaborates with center staff to ensure that children and families receive comprehensive services in accordance with Head Start Performance standards, while also managing recruitment and enrollment processes. Previously, Eileen worked as a Crisis Counselor at Vibrant Emotional Health, providing crucial support through active listening and problem-solving techniques. Eileen is pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at Touro University, building on a foundational education from Medgar Evers College, CUNY.
