Niamh Jones, Assoc. CIPD, currently serves as the AMP8 People Business Partner - Transformation at NWG (Northumbrian Water Group) since March 2022, following a role as Early Careers Specialist. Prior experience includes positions as Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Officer at Tyne North Training from July 2020 to March 2022, and Technical Support & Faults Advisor at BT from May 2019 to June 2020. Niamh also took a career break in late 2018 to travel in South East Asia and Australia. Earlier roles include Workforce Development Assistant and Intern at ENGIE – UK & Ireland. Niamh is pursuing a CIPD Level 5 degree at New College Durham and holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from Leeds Beckett University.
