Elias Bou Chakra

Elias Bou Chakra is an experienced Automation Engineering Manager currently leading the Automation Engineering team at Northvolt since April 2023. Responsibilities include overseeing team development, promoting agile collaboration across various engineering disciplines, and ensuring effective operations aligned with business goals. Previously, Elias spent over 16 years at Technica International, progressing through several roles, including Automation Project Engineering Manager and Chief Automation Projects Engineer, where key achievements involved managing project budgets, leading engineering teams, and facilitating client technical discussions. Elias holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power and control from Lebanese University.
