Michael Sias

Michael Sias, JD, MBA, LLM, currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Northwestern Mutual, previously holding roles as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Assistant General Counsel since May 2018. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Michael held the position of Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at ESO Solutions from January 2012 to May 2018. Michael's academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Law & Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law, an MBA in General from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, and a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University.
