Stacey Rammer

Stacey Rammer is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience in strategic communications, global marketing, and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Strategic Communications at Northwestern Mutual since March 2023, Stacey previously held multiple leadership roles at Medtronic from November 2016 to March 2023, focusing on global brand marketing, communications, and initiatives related to health equity, sustainability, and corporate philanthropy. Additional experience includes directing integrated public relations and marketing campaigns at Weber Shandwick, as well as managing public relations in consumer marketing campaigns at ICF Next. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Catherine University and completed an executive education program in Corporate Social Responsibility at Duke University.
