Sonya Kaleel

Sonya Kaleel, M.S., is the Founder and President of The Inclusion Practice, a consulting firm dedicated to creating and sustaining inclusive organizations through tailored coaching and advisory services. Concurrently, Sonya serves as Adjunct Faculty and Leadership Coach at Northwestern University, mentoring graduate students in equity and inclusion. With prior experience at The Holdsworth Center, Aperian Global, and various consulting roles, Sonya has developed extensive expertise in leadership development, diversity, and cultural competency, particularly within multicultural environments. Sonya's educational background includes a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Bradley University.
