Heidi Bluhme

Heidi Bluhme is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Lead Onboarding, Director Cabin Crew, and Vice President Cabin Crew at Norwegian since November 2019. Prior to this, Heidi held positions at Norwegian Air Resources Crew Employer, including Acting VP Cabin Crew and Head of Region Cabin Crew Nordics & US from February 2019 to November 2019. Heidi's career in the airline industry began in August 2010 at Norwegian Air Shuttle, where roles included Chief Cabin Crew Long haul B787 and Deputy Chief Cabin Crew Long Haul, among others. Additionally, Heidi worked at Tryg Forsikring in a business-to-business role from September 2008 to August 2010. Education was completed at Oppegård videregående skole with a high school degree obtained between 1984 and 1987.
