Stefan van Duffelen

Stefan van Duffelen is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in fuel and utilities management. Currently serving as the Senior Procurement Category Manager for Fuel at Norwegian Air Shuttle since July 2022, responsibilities include executing regional fuel tenders and developing strategies for Sustainable Aviation Fuel. Previously, Stefan was the Principal Category Manager for Fuel & Utilities at Arriva Group, overseeing a €500m annual expenditure across several countries. Stefan’s career also includes roles as a Global Senior Buyer Fuel at IAG GBS, managing global tender processes, and as a Procurement Officer at the Port of Rotterdam, handling logistics and contract management. Stefan possesses qualifications from CIPS in Contracting and Legal Aspects and completed a Masterclass in negotiation skills at Eveneum Coaching.
