Steve Roth

Steve Roth is a seasoned professional in internal audit and enterprise risk management with extensive experience in the cruise industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Internal Audit & ERM at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since November 2015, Steve has also held the position of Vice President in the same area. Prior to this, Steve worked at Florida International University as an Adjunct Professor, teaching an Internal Audit course to Master of Accounting students. Steve's earlier roles include Vice President of Internal Audit at Prestige Cruise Holdings, Owner of Audit Assessment Group, Manager of Internal Audit at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., and Senior Financial Auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Steve holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Florida.
