Cláudia Nepomuceno

Cláudia Nepomuceno has extensive experience in IT resource management, particularly in supporting Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and network inventory applications. Currently, as a Team Leader at NOS SGPS since April 2014, Cláudia focuses on knowledge transfer, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within the GIS and network inventory domains. Prior roles include positions at ZON OPTIMUS and Optimus - Comunicações S.A., where Cláudia contributed to the development and management of corporate GIS applications. Cláudia's career began at Altior as an Information Technology Consultant, followed by roles in SAP support and internal application development. Cláudia holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, complemented by various training courses in GIS and business applications.
