Griffin's career began at Catchpoint as a Customer Success Manager and at AppNeta, where roles included Customer Success Manager and Business Development Representative. Griffin's experience also includes a brief tenure as a mover with Gentle Giant Moving Company, where valuable problem-solving and customer service skills were developed. Griffin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Roger Williams University in 2014.
