Christine Lagrimas has extensive experience in education and leadership roles. Christine most recently worked at Notre Dame Academy Los Angeles as the Assistant Head of School for Academics, where they oversaw curricula, instructional practices, and faculty development. Prior to that, they served as the Staff Development and Curriculum Specialist at the same school. Lagrimas also worked at Cathedral Catholic High School as the Director of Activities, responsible for managing campus activities and teaching a leadership course. Earlier in their career, they were an English Teacher, Academic Guidance Counselor, Curriculum Development Leader, and Testing Coordinator at Ramona Convent Secondary School. Lagrimas began their career at St. Christopher School, teaching Junior High Language Arts and leading student council/leadership activities.

Christine Lagrimas began their education at Ramona Convent Secondary School, where they completed their secondary education from 1986 to 1990. Christine then attended Creighton University from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature. Subsequently, Lagrimas pursued further education at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they obtained a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from 1994 to 1996. Later, they attended UCSD Extension in 2013 and 2014 to obtain CLAD and Clear Credential Certification in Secondary Education and Teaching.
