Prior experience includes working as a Fitness Consultant at Hayley Conference Centre from June 2000 to August 2002. Sean's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate of Education with Qualified Teacher Status in Secondary Education (PE) from Sheffield Hallam University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching from Loughborough University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport & Leisure Management from the University of Staffordshire.
