Dave Halstead

Dave Halstead is currently a part-time University Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University, a position held since August 2021. In addition, Dave serves as a Non-Executive Independent Committee Member for the East Midlands Combined County Authority and as an Independent Person for Broxtowe Borough Council, both roles initiated in late 2021. From September 2010 to August 2021, Dave held several key positions at Nottingham City Council, including Strategic Director, Director of Neighbourhood Services, and Head of City Services. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Community Services at North West Leicestershire District Council from September 2005 to September 2010, and as Head of Sport & Leisure at NW Leicestershire from September 1999 to August 2005.
