Christos Kalantzis is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical support and team leadership, currently serving as the B2B Services Support Supervisor and 1st Level Network Engineer Team Leader at Nova since July 2022. Prior roles include Project Manager, where Christos managed telecom systems installation projects, and Technical Team Lead at CQS S.A., where responsibilities encompassed guiding a team of 50 technical agents and overseeing performance metrics. Christos has also held technical support roles at CQS S.A. and Cyta Hellas, focusing on resolving complex technical issues for corporate and retail customers. Earlier experience includes managing operations at Goody's S.A. Christos holds a degree from the Technological Educational Institute of Sterea Ellada, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
