Nova Pioneer
Basil Mackenzie is currently serving as the Associate Dean: Head of Academics at Nova Pioneer since January 2018. Prior to this role, Basil worked as a History Teacher at Roedean School in Johannesburg and as a Senior Phase Social Sciences Curriculum Research Consultant at UMALUSI. With a strong background in education and a focus on history and social sciences, Basil has held various teaching positions at different educational institutions, including St. Andrew's College, Glenwood Boys High School, and Uplands College. Basil holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Assessment in History from the University of the Witwatersrand.
