Kay Campbell has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in multiple roles at Novacyt Group since March 2018, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Operations Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and HR Advisor. Prior to this, Kay worked as an HR Administrator at RELX from January 2015 to March 2018. Academic qualifications include a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in HRM from ICS Learn (2019-2021), a BSc (Hons) in Social Work from London Metropolitan University, and an A Level in Psychology from Southgate College.
