Mustaien Rahmat currently serves as an IT Developer II at NovaSource Power Services since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a C# and Python Developer at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, where Mustaien developed a custom desktop application and automated data analysis processes. Mustaien also contributed as a Frontend Developer for the UTP Lab Management System Project and as a .NET Developer for the Project Management System at the same university. An internship at IVU Traffic Technologies involved maintaining software systems and contributing to integration processes. Mustaien holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Sustainable Computing and Business Management from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and is pursuing a Master of Science in Informatics at Istanbul University. Earlier education includes a Diploma in Memorization of Al-Qur'an with Hadith from Darul Qur'an JAKIM.
