Hugo Starrsjo is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director and Project Data Lead at Novo Nordisk, focusing on the integration of Data Science and drug-development strategy in cardiovascular projects. As COO and Co-Founder of LYS Technologies, Hugo leads initiatives aimed at enhancing health through innovative lighting solutions. Previous experience includes roles as a Strategy Consultant and Strategy Consulting Analyst at Candesic, where responsibilities involved strategy and commercial due diligence for prominent Private Equity funds and public sector entities. Hugo holds a Master’s Degree from HEC Paris and a MEng (Hons) in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London, along with a French Baccalaureate from Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle de Londres.
