Gijs Lubberdink is the CEO of Jixbee B.V., a financial wellbeing app launched in October 2021 that supports employees in managing their personal finances while enhancing work performance. Since January 2013, Gijs has served as the Country Manager for Germany and Austria at Novum Bank Group, a private credit institution regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority. Gijs has held various leadership roles within the lending operations at Novum Bank, including Head of Operation Lending in the Netherlands, Austria, and Germany, as well as Operator Lending in the Netherlands. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, both obtained from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, along with a VWO diploma from Ludger College in Doetinchem.
